Terms of service

This page explains how StayScript handles purchases and the details you send us.

Who you’re buying from

StayScript is sold by Van Birch, operating as Axiom Solutions. Receipts come from Axiom Solutions, and card charges appear as AXIOM SOLUTIONS.

Plans and payment

Plans are purchased through Stripe checkout at the price shown on this website. One-time purchases are charged once. Monthly plans are charged at checkout and then each month until you cancel.

What each plan includes

Listing Review ($35, one time). A written review of one listing: prioritized fixes, a suggested new title and photo-order recommendations. Delivered by email within 3 business days of your complete start form. We answer one follow-up email about the review. Rewritten copy is part of the Host plan, not the review.

Host ($129 a month, up to 2 listings). In your first month, we rewrite the title, description and amenities and build a digital guest guidebook for each listing, delivered within 5 business days of your complete start form. Each following month, we refresh each listing once (seasonal copy updates plus the guidebook changes you ask for), delivered within 5 business days of your renewal. Each listing includes up to 2 rounds of edits per month.

Portfolio ($299 a month, up to 10 listings). Everything in Host for each listing, in one consistent voice, with shared house-rules and check-in templates. Deliveries arrive within 3 business days. You can change which listings are covered from month to month, up to 10.

Unused refreshes and edit rounds don’t carry over to the next month.

Timing

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Delivery times start once we have everything the start form asks for. If something is missing, we email you, and the time starts when you reply.

You stay in control

You review everything before you publish it. Copy is based only on what you send us and your public listing. Door codes, Wi-Fi passwords and other private details are left as placeholders for you to fill in.

Cancelling

To cancel a monthly plan, send us a message on our contact page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month; you won’t be charged again.

If we can’t deliver

If we can’t deliver the plan you bought, we will refund that payment.

What we do and don’t do

StayScript writes and organizes listing content and guest guidebooks for you to review and publish. It does not access your booking accounts, message guests, set prices, or guarantee bookings, revenue or search placement.
